Mark has extensive experience as cook and sous chef in numerous cafes in his home town, loves to keep fit and healthy through cycling, skating, running and has a passion for helping men achieve their fitness goals while also promoting a plant-based lifestyle. With his transition to veganism almost 10 years ago, he has years of experience as a vegan, and understands the challenges that men face when transitioning to a vegan diet and lifestyle.
